The task of the exercise given during the class was to analyse and re-write a given
recipe's text without changing it or using colours.

The first step was to tag the text identifying different categories: actions, ingredients,
quantities and qualities. These are characterised by different typeface styles - bold,
italic, small caps.The tagged text was then associated with illustration and, to highlight
its categories, framed by different lines styles and shapes. The boxes are connected
to allow the reading of the recipe.
